Hey, guess what? 33 Immortals is crawling back for another shot with Xbox Insiders. So there’s this fourth playtest thing kicking off Tuesday, May 20 at the overly precise time of 8am PT (11am ET)? I’m never quite awake by then, but hey, if you’re an early bird, there you go! It’s running until Monday, May 26. Six days of madness. Oh, and here’s the kicker—they finally decided to let Xbox One folks join in the fun. Hallelujah, right? Anyway, Thunder Lotus is itching for some feedback. So, mark that date, May 20th. Chaos awaits in this co-op rogue-like thing for 33 players.
So, about this game… you play as a damned soul. Yep. You’re sticking it to the Man upstairs in some epic 33-player co-op battles—just hop in and start raiding. Sounds easy, right? You’ve got to team up or get swarmed by these crazy monsters and bosses that could probably star in your nightmares. Oh, and you get to collect these shiny relics to soup up your soul permanently. Serious business! The Wrath of God, folks. Eternal stakes and all that jazz.
Curious for more? Hit up the 33 Immortals website—it’s all there for you.
And, they’ve been busy tweaking things—like, you can now rebind controls and stuff. The Sword of Justice? Balanced. Staff of Sloth? Balanced. Everything’s balanced! Even fixed some annoying feats. Killer patch notes if you wanna dive deep into that rabbithole.
Now for the playtest, the when-and-where. So, May 20th, 8am PT (11am ET)—that’s your starting block. You’ve got until May 26th.
How to jump in? On that Tuesday, sign into your Xbox console or Windows PC. You’ll need the Xbox Insider Hub app—get it from the Store if you don’t have it. Navigate to Previews and find 33 Immortals. Slam that Join button and wait for the magic to happen.
Important tip: Space is scarce, first-come first-serve, you know the drill. Oh, and Xbox One is finally in, yay for inclusivity!
Got issues while playing? Don’t be shy—hold down that home button on your Xbox controller, pick “Report a problem,” select Games category, then 33 Immortals Beta subcategory, and let them have all the gory details.
