Sure, here you go!

Alright, so I was sitting on my couch, just minding my own business, when I found out something pretty wild. Team Avatar is making its way into Magic: The Gathering. Yep, you heard it right. And, not just the main team — I mean, obviously, they’re there — but even the Cabbage Merchant is getting a card! Remember that dude? The one who’d always shout, “My cabbages!!!” whenever Aang and Appa turned his veggies into a smushed mess?
Anyway, back to this card thing. They dropped the news during some Magic livestream — kind of cool if you’re into that sort of thing. It’s part of this Jumpstart set, which is, like, for newbies trying to learn the ropes. But get this, the card’s got some quirks that the hardcore Magic folks might wanna check out. I’m not totally sure how it works, mostly ’cause Magic is like another language to me. But for those in the know, Jumpstart cards play nicely with the Commander format, even if they don’t mesh with the strict stuff like Standard. You know, games have a million rules and all.
So here’s a bit I almost skipped over — also, side note, the livestream showed off some images. I wish I could explain why one looked like my aunt’s cat had a bad hair day, but oh well. But seriously, looks like there might be multiple versions of our veggie-loving friend. Like, we’re talking alternate art or something. One of the hosts even said, “Oh, he isn’t always this happy.” Makes you think, right? I mean, is the Cabbage Merchant ever really happy when getting his greens wrecked?
And there it is — my chaotic little dive into the world of card games and cabbages. I guess sometimes you learn about things you had no idea even existed, and it just kinda sticks with you.
