Oh man, so I stumbled upon this wild update about RimWorld climbing back into the Steam Top Ten. It’s all thanks to this Odyssey DLC thing. Gotta say, the jump was massive—like, jumped 58 spots to hit third place on the charts. The 20% discount helped too. No joke.
The DLC dropped on July 11th, and it was the fifth best-seller that week. Imagine! Counter-Strike 2 is still in the lead—can’t say I’m surprised there. And then there’s PUBG: Battlegrounds, which moved up to second place. Aespa fans probably went wild—I mean, a K-pop crossover? Who wouldn’t?
Now, the Steam Deck—love it or hate it—fell to fourth. Kind of a bummer, but NetEase’s Marvel Rivals jumped a crazy 25 places to land in sixth. Must be that new content from July 11th again. So many updates, my head’s spinning!
Poor Peak slid down to No.7 but with 4.5 million copies sold, I guess they’re not crying. Destiny 2 bounced back into eighth. Seems like The Edge of Fate expansion gave it a boost on July 15th.
Naraka: Bladepoint, another NetEase game, snagged ninth. Dead by Daylight? Not having its best week—slipped to tenth. Ouch.
Seriously though, here’s the rundown for the week ending July 15th, if you wanna know:
1. Counter-Strike 2, Valve
2. PUBG: Battlegrounds, Krafton
3. RimWorld, Ludeon Studios
4. Steam Deck, Valve
5. RimWorld – Odyssey, Ludeon Studios
6. Marvel Rivals, NetEase
7. Peak, Aggro Crab
8. Destiny 2, Bungie
9. Naraka: Bladepoint, NetEase
10. Dead by Daylight, Behaviour Interactive
And that’s the wild, chaotic world of gaming for ya.
